Society is a broken hierarchy of social order awaiting its impeding destruction. The system in which man has placed itself is nothing more than a waiting game of when the bottom peasants will rise up against the wealthy few and take control of the state. Society is separated into groups such as the mass, the bourgeois, the proletariats, the middle class, and the wealthy upper class. These groups are nothing more than the natural psychodynamic order that man creates within itself. Society is a relentless cycle of class order and revolutions. This cycle is proven through social order theories such as Marxââ¬â¢s Communist Manifesto and Gassetââ¬â¢s Revolt of the Masses. Society places constraints on itself to create classes. Gasset describesâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦This class system is now the state, which is controlled by the bourgeoisie, the mass, who attempts to control the state, and the proletariats, who have no say in government affairs. The cycle of class structure destruction begins when the proletariats realize others have a better life. The proletariats are the revolutionizes in all societies; this group notices that there are far fewer upper class than of them and discover they can use numbers to control the bourgeoisie. The proletariats will reach a point in which punishment and oppression is no longer an option and will turn to human nature to use violence in creating a more fair system. The statement that ââ¬Å"The lower middle class, the small manufacturer, the shopkeeper, the artisan, the peasant, all these fight against the bourgeoisieâ⬠is true except that generally shopkeepers and the employers of others do not realize the devastation that is being caused on their employees and therefore do not revolt (Marx 371). These shopkeepers are part of the mass who are content with the government and truly believe they have some say in affairs and because of this idea of contentment there is no reason to revolt.
